Im new here & sorry for my poor english...

I have a little problm (for me its big)

The thing is that.... I have done subtitling of a Sindhi Movie in Sony DVD Architact 5...

When Im exporting subtitles for authoring on Sonic Scenerist as *.txt file, its shows the time like this

00:01:02,384 00:01:04,243 Hello

Im worried .. how to convert this to Valid FRAME FORMAT like 00:01:02:20 00:01:04:15 Hello,
because i have given a lot of time on it....

Pls Hellp me....
