is thier any program that lets you burn a straight mpg2 clip

hey whats up?
most people (including me) have problems with sync after these programs demux/remux the sound. Is their any program that will let me author a dvd, but keep it with the mpeg sound i used in the capture (similar to what was done with older vcd) without remuxing/demuxing anything?
According to tmpg plus, it mentions it, and my dvd player does have the options for mpeg sound so their must be something i can do?
my main problem is im running in very old video and it has quite a few dropouts, ironically the clip is 100% in sync. But if i remux/demux the sound in any program i lose the sync. I just want to watch the damn thing on my dvd player, but without touching anything to the clip i ran in. thanls

hey Baldrick thanks for the reply.
i should have mentioned though im now using the dazzle 2, using it's dvd mpeg 2 template (which isnt a true dvd header).
Spruce up has a problem with dazzle 2 clips as it mentuions their is an error in the header, so i still would have to remux with tmpg, also spruce up does not seem to work on my pc too well (xp) it does see my burner (pioneer dvr-104) but it will not burn the program freezes up or stalls, also it still re/de the mpeg 2 clips as well as uleads.
i did think come up with a simplier way to fix the problem that i used to do with older mpegs. demux the clip get the running time for the video and see what the runtime for the audio is, make the audio a wave and then using soundforge timecompress the sound to match the exact run time for the clip techinally this should work as virtual dub does the samething--Hopefully that will all work out, plus i reformatted my pc and i have no trouble now playing/scannning through mpeg 2 clips (i did before)--
