Amateur question...
So, I've got this pack of unopened DV tapes from 2004. (TDK, Superior Grade, Mini DV, 60 minutes). I plan on using them for a trip in two weeks (obviously I don't use my camera much), but wasn't sure if for some reason they would "go bad."
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Jason

not sure i would use them on something irreplaceable, but if you need to save the $3 each they cost i would at least ff to the end and rw all tapes to make sure there are no sticky spots. they probably aren't bad but in the middle of taping something good isn't to find out i'm wrong.

Thanks for the reply.
I remember them being kind of expensive when I bought them (in 2004) that's why I asked, but you're right, for $3 each it's not worth risking it.
