    Could anyone tell me why i cant use the mpeg2 plug in on my machine.Windows 98se 1.7 athlon 256ddr.I put the plug in to correct directory and rebooted .When i tried to use any my mpeg2 files it tells me i require plug in for svcd. .Nero version is 5.5.7.8.My friend uses the same one and plugin and he gets the svcd in the drop down box.
    I hope somebody can help as i have a few good quality mpegs that i would like to make svcd.

    Hi, I have noticed different plug-ins for different versions of Nero, you have the latest Nero, but do you have the latest plug-in ?

    I had a quick look, and it tells me I need to go purchase the plug-in Looks like I need to install it also

    The old released SVCD plugins are blacklisted in nero 5.5.7.8
    You need "Nero Burning ROM v5.5.7.8 SVCD Plugin.exe"
