    My issue is it appear picture overlap on video clip ( .m2ts fullhd with 1080p ) while only motion. It's so no good for watching.
    Please suggest me the solution of this issue. Thank you so much in advance.

    Example : edge of body which has motion appear overlap ( look like 2 bodies ). Sorry, for too short explanation and not clear.

    Seems like a poor deinterlace from your description. A picture (screen cap) would help.

    What is the source for this ".m2ts fullhd with 1080p" ?

    Interlace distortion looks something like this, though this is a extreme example:

    If the edges are smooth and you just have ghosting, then that's something else. Are the 'ghosts' the same color as the images? If not, maybe a color channel is offset. But I'm just guessing. Even a screen shot would help...

    So it isn't a camcorder file.

    Whoever created this conversion to 23.976 progressive did a faulty inverse telecine or it wasn't "24p" source to start.

    No it can't be fixed.
