	Probably. Depends on the audio format. Assuming MP3. If you have the Lame MP3 codec installed, you should have plenty of options. Alternately you could demux or save out as a WAV file and use Audacity. You might first try dropping both the parts into MediaInfo, tree view, and verify what the difference is between the two audio tracks. VD needs exact matches on the video and audio to append. 
 
 Another alternative is to try AVIDemux as it's a bit more forgiving with mismatches.

	I would try this before anything else. As Jagabo mentioned, Virtualdub is very picky at what it will and will not join. I've taken files and split them with Virtualdub and Virtualdub refused to join the same segments that it had just created. Avidemux has no problem joining these same files. It will not join files with different resolutions and different frame rates though (25fps with 29.9) ( it will join 29.9700 with 29.97000001 though which VDub will not).Another alternative is to try AVIDemux as it's a bit more forgiving with mismatches.
