DVD Copying Problem

I try to copy dvds now I use convert x to dvd every copy is fine BUT using Ashampoo,Nero leaves lines thru out each disc i have done his has ben going on for a few days im clueless whats the problem is my burner i have had for a mere few months since december 2009 so cananyone pleae tell me what in the blue hell is causing this?

I'm using verbatim dvdrs

Is your source a commercial dvd-video or homemade dvdr or something else?
Lines? Can you please explain better or post a screenshot.

A commerical dvd to make a back up to dvdr sure ill take a pic with me cam phone and upload it im just gona try again burning at x4 speed and ill get right abck to you ok.

I see, lines on the dvd media. I thought lines in the video.

Soz I was lettin the dvd rip i mentioned n gotten tired afterall had a long day yest shopping ect i seemed to solve the problem this si common with lg burners apparently shall still post an image of a disc w/lines shortly
