This week I decided to make a nice CDR copy of a movie I already have on VHS, so I got the DVD from a friend. I decided to use 90mins CDR's and made cuts close to the maximum capacity of the CD. I was quite surpised to see that on 1 CD I was able to pass the 90 mins limit!
I was able to burn 90mins and 17 secs on the CD! I never thought this was possible! I do remember someone in a shop saying he had 100min CDR's, so that would mean that technological speaking that the 90min border can be crossed. Has anyone else have tried to cross this 90min line? And how far can I overburn without risk?

Hi,
I managed to get 92m27sec on a Platinum CD-R 90min/800Mb using my Yamaha 2100 SCSI burner. Anything beyond this point is futile !!!
