it is shown as 702 mb on winoncd but it doesnt burn, the cd size is also 702 mb... what should i do?

You could try overburning on 80min/700MB media or using 90/99min media.
Whether overburning 19min will work (on 80min/700MB) media will depend on your combination of drive and media.

how can i overburn, how can it be...
it just say to insert cd has enough capacity...
i tried winoncd3.8 and nero 5 with 700mb cd..

If you can't get it to work, split the file with Virtualdub and use more than one CD.
