ok im new to this so im going 2 lay down what iv done and hopefully make it make since
i have a back of a movie on my pc that actaully got destroyed. i started doing this ever since my 5 month old got a hold of our dvd case and back them up 2 burn them incase he gets his hands on anymore.
this is what i did. so i used SUPER c to convert the file to DVD Std. compliant (VOB). it conveted it into 1 VOB file.
heres where i think i messed up. i went ahead and burned that single VOB file 2 dvd using nero. and tried to play it. im reading now thats not what im suppose 2 do.
i read on another forum im i could use a program called rejug 2 demux the single VOB file into more than 1 file (4 what reason i have no clue) and then i can use nero 2 burn it 2 dvd but when i try 2 deumux with this program ReJig it wont let me pul up the VOB file
lol as u can see i must be completly lost. any help would be great

i thought when i converted to vob that was dvd cause on the selection of formats to convert 2 it said dvd/vob.

so u actually have to convert 2 vob then 2 dvd?

VOB is a container. It's the container that DVDs use for the audio/video/subs, etc. But to make a movie DVD you need all the appropriate support files in the proper layout -- IFO, BUP, VOB. You need to use DVD authoring software create all the supporting files.

use imgburn. put it into "build" mode. click the browse for a folder icon and choose the folder containing your audio and video ts folders. insert a blank dvd. select your destination drive. set the speed of burn you want. click the build arrow. --
