  1. Had been using Easy CD 5 but, after realizing its limitations for what I want to do, tried, on two separate occasions to download and install Nero. Both times it messed up , 1. the ability to play any existing MPGs, or mp3s. They play for a second (no video on the MPGs) and then everything goes dead. Also, Nero seemed to mess with my registry. Is there anything out there that can burn SVCDs that I can try?

    Thanks,
    Ted Arnold

Nero ver 5.5 and above will coexist with easy cd with no problems, but you cannot have incd and easycd on the same computer so if you want nero with easy cd do not load incd. I have installed ver 5.5 of nero on three different systems running easycd 5.0 and higher and they have all worked fine.
