Load an MPEG2 File in TMPGEnc

Iam not able to load an MPEG2 file in tmpenc to convert it in mpg1.
My dvd player can´t read SVCD. Only VCD works.
And i´m not able to convert the file to mpg1.
i tried dvd2avi, but they don´t work.

Can someone else helpme ?

Try XMPEG or FlaskMPEG then use TMPGenc.
