Ok so Windows Live Hotmail just stopped me from using outlook express to check my hotmail account. I was able to create a new pop3 account for hotmail by doing this:
POP server: pop3.live.com (Port 995)
POP SSL required? Yes
User name: Your Windows Live ID, for example yourname@hotmail.com
Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Hotmail or Windows Live
SMTP server: smtp.live.com (Port 25)
Authentication required? Yes (this matches your POP username and password)
TLS/SSL required? Yes
When I hit send/receive the e-mails go straight to my lcoal folders inbox. Is it possible to re-direct these hotmail messages to another folder like how it used to do when hotmail was integrated with OE? Or send them to a new folder instead of the Local Folders Inbox?

Can't you just make a message rule that says all email from that server goes where you want it? Tools -> Message Rules -> Email...

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that. I'll give it a go
