    does anyone know of any compatability issues with mjpeg and vegas video 3? im used the picvideo mjpeg codec to capture an hour and a half of analogue video with virtual dub. Of course, living in a dos world, i had to segment it into 7 files. Once loaed into Vegas, i have it aranged the way i like it, but every time i render, it crashes appx 1 hour into it. any clues? im wondering if its the actual rendering or mjpeg, because im rendering to mpeg-2 for use with a svcd. any help would be appreciated.

    I haven't capped in Vegas 3 for a while, but where do you enter a codec ? I thought it defaulted and was forced to use their DV codec.....

    As far as time limits, I have not heard of that limitation. If you go to sonicfoundry.com ' s BBS and post a thread in the Vegas forum, I know that their tech support people monitor and reply very quickly....
