Fixing Out of Sync Issues with Mp4 files?

I have couple of Mp4 files where the audio and video is out of sync. I need a simple software to shift or delay audio 2 seconds or so.

Is there a simple solution to this without converting and encoding a whole a lot?

try avidemux, and set the shift value and under audio and save as new mp4.
