I've been folding for a number of years now and have been part of the same team (from another site) since I started. Interest has waned pretty badly the last year or so and now I'm the only one really doing much.
I thought to myself, what other site do I frequent that seems would have the membership that may want to be involved in some distributed computing, help out science and be part of a team?
Why, VideoHelp.com of course! So, I've taken it upon myself to get everything setup over at Folding@Home for our own team. See my signature for links to the home page describing the purpose of this distributed computing program, history, downloads, whatever...
Though I can help with some of the basics (Windows install) to mildly advanced setup (running multiple programs/one for each CPU core) its best to go through their FAQ first. I don't come to this site often at night (EST) but usually try to make it here a few times during the work week if anyone has questions.

Whether you're doing a single or multiple cores, rember to use team 166011 in the configuration to make sure your work gets add to the team results.
