Hello,
I have a movie clip of a person talking in a public noisy place. I would like to emphasize his voice, and reduce the background noises. Is it possible?
I have Premiere Pro CS4, but I don't know how to do it there. Are there any special programs that can do it?
I would really appreciate your answer!
Tom

I would extract the audio and use and separate audio application like goldwave(it can also open video files directly), see http://www.goldwave.ca/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2273&view=next or google for "reduce the background noise".
