How to get utube videos to Rank high, 'per keyword'??

When people enter a keyword into youtube, what determines that Your video shows up with a high ranking on the list of results?

(lets assume your video has that keyword inthe keyword tags, and also in the description).

Do videos with higher views + more comments get priority to be Higher in the video search ?

What other factors determing a High ranking for your video, when a search is put into the utube search box?

There are likely several factors. But I would expect the number of views would figure into the rank.
