VCD Gear won't convert bin file

I have a copy of FastEmpire Monsters Inc which in bin and cue files. I can't seem to be able to convert this to an mpeg. I upgraded to the latest version. I get a message;
"Could not locate MPEG stream"

I tried checking;
fix mpeg errors
remove cd-i mpeg bumper
include track 0

And it still will not work. I was able to make a VCD with the files, using fireburner. Thanks for any help.

I don't see why you were trying to use VCDGear if burning the Cue/Bin files worked as is, you can always try using ISOBuster to extract the DAT from the Bin.

Thanks Sefy, I understand your confusion. I want to extract the actual mpeg2 as a single file. Thanks, I'll try your suggestion.

Well because Monsters Inc is SVCD and you trying to convert it to VCD with VCDgear, this will only distort the picture if you did get it to burn. Like Sefy said the best way is to extract the MPG from the bin using IsoBuster.
I have tried what have done ....it works like i said but it is distorted.
