    Dear All,

I'm trying to upload a .mp4 file to youtube, but every time I do, it ends up looking like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RcdsCK4eCs and won't play properly. I export my video from Adobe Premiere Pro in H.264 at the settings that it recommends, but every time it ends up not playing properly. Does anyone have any idea as to why this might be? Help would me much appreciated as this is becoming exasperating!

    Thanks

  2. Something may be wrong with the container.Try to demultiplex & multiplex the video & audio with mp4muxer, set the right DAR (display aspect ratio) too 4/3 or 16/9.

Thanks for the advice, but alas I have an apple so I can't use that program as it's only windows compatible. Do you have any other suggestions? And could you explain to me what you mean by the 'container' being damaged. I'm a bit of a novice at all this! I appreciate the help
