    Hi all,

I always use subtitle workshop whenever I need to sync a subtitle (.srt) file with the MKV I have. But now, I am trying to do the same with a .m2ts file in subtitle workshop, only the video doesnt want to play. I can load the subtitle but there's no way I can start the video.

I have the K-Lite codec pack installed on my computer. Media Player Classic has no problems playing the file, but I cannot get the movie to play in VLC media player either.. Might there be some codec I have to configure in a different way, or just one I need to add in order to make it work?

Btw ; still running on Windows XP

Any other recommendations on how to sync an m2ts file with .srt subs are welcome as well

    Thanks for your time.

VLC has builtin codecs so you can't adjust any codec.

Are you using latest vlc 1.0.1 ?
Does the audio play? or nothing? any errors?
