I converted a movie on my pc using TMPGEng on default setting selected as a VCD and NTSC. Everything goes fine and I burn it as a VCD using NERO. I watch it on my DVD player and it works. Only thing is that not all of the video is shown. Meaning that subtitles get cut off on the far right side if it's long enough, etc. I was thinking it's a resolution issue but I was wondering what I could do to get the movie on the TV without any missing parts. Any ideas?
