Hi Everyone,
I developed a command line tool (WIN32) to apply time conversion into SubRip subtitle file.
Usage:
SuRaCo.exe input_srt_file.srt input_frame_rate output_frame_rate output_srt_file.srt
Details:
input_frame_rate and output_frame_rate can be a integer value (25, 24, ..) or decimal comma or dot separated (23.976, 23,976, ...)
Sample
SuRaCo.exe PAL.srt 25 23.976 NTSC.srt
Return Code:
0 = Success
-1 = Incorrect Number Parameters
-2 = Open input_srt_file.srt failed
-3 = Create output_srt_file.srt failed
