    Most of free Downloading Manager seems not allow the user to enter the URL of file for downloading unless using the fee service. Do you know any reliable free HTTPS Downloading Manger for downloading video or file online?
    I need to enter URL for downloading.

    Have you tried orbit downloader? another option is flashget

    It depends if you have the true url, or a link to the page where the video is embedded
