Best value for money videocam

Hello

I need a videocam to make home skimovies. I don't know a lot about videocams. I have found the below mentioned. Which gives me the best bang for the buck? And how big is the difference between HD and not HD?

Canon HF100 (25 FPS 1920*1080) Eur 550.-
Canon FS100 EUR 250.-
Panasonic HDC-SD9 (25 fps 1920*1080) Eur 440.-
Samsung VP-HMX10 (HD 1080i) 285.-

I'am not sure what I get extra for the money and if it is worth it.
