ImgBurn Error Message

I'm getting the following message when I specify an ISO image for writing in ImgBurn:

"Optimal L1 Data Zone Start LBA: Not Found! (VTS_02). This image has not been matered correctly for burning onto a coupble layer (OTP Track Path) disc. None of the celss meet the 'DVD-Video specification' criteria for a potential layer break. Position. Do you want to continue anyway? <Yes><No>"

I then choose yes and ImgBurn completes the job, no problem. However, I'm noticing that on one of my DVD players, the backup copy starts to freeze. I was watching a backup last night and it played fine until about 47 minutes into the movie. Then I had to play the rest of it on another player (which played fine).

Does anyone know what the above message means and how to rectify it? I didn't start getting this message before upgrading to DVD Fab HD Decrypter to decode.

What ImgBurn is telling you, that it cannot find place for a layer brake. That is why DVD gets stuck in the middle.
You will have to re author the file using VobBlanker to split few cells around middle section an try to burn than.
Usually ImgBurn will give you location where it run into a problem. Yours is VTS2, but you should be able to get partition around the cell in that VTS where the brake should be.
Otherwise if the file is less than 7GB than part around 55 to 65% of the file is safe to split.

But I'm wondering why I have to dick around with the break position at all. When I was using a previous version of DVD Fab -- and even with DVD Decrypter -- all that layer break business was automatically compensated for. Any ideas as to why all this extra attention (i.e. re-authoring) is now needed to make a DL backup?

Just output from DVDFabDecrypter as a VIDEO_TS folder
then burn with ImgBurn....letting ImgBurn select the correct
place for the layer break.
