How many times are you going to ask this same question ??
https://forum.videohelp.com/topic359782.html
Which you never seemed to bother answering any of the Q's asked in order to help you better, on top of being given the answer!!
Encode it with the correct bitrate or to the correct target size the first time then it will fit!!
Use a bitrate calculator, which you can find in the tools section.
Also, TDA should accept it, you just need to set it to transcode it to fit, but you should make it the correct size the first time when encoding it. -

ProCoder allows you to set a bitrate. if you use a bitrate calculator you will find out what the right bitrate is for the running time of your video. If you don't know where to enter this information in ProCoder you should consult your manual or call your reseller for support.
yes i did actually notice that but what would be the best bitrater type to set for best outcome?
VBR (VARIABLE BITRATE)
CBR (CONSTANT BITRATE)
by the sound of those two i think i would go with CBR?? -

You should start by learning about encoding, about the differences between Variable BitRate and Constant BitRate encoding. As a general rule, CBR should be used if your required bitrate is around 7600 kbps or higher, and VBR should be used if the required bitrate is 7000 or lower. In between is discretionary. However none of this is fixed, and you may find you can get away with CBR at lower bitrates for some footage, or VBR at higher bitrates for some footage. Understanding what works best when comes from trying it out and learning how it works.

i will go on and try the BitRate calculator
