i am having the same problem. encore 1.5 couldn't build the project and gave an error code -27310 then i opened the encore project file on encore 2. encore converted the subtitles to encore 2 format and i got the error "Duplicate File Found" when i tried to build the dvd. also when i have the project checked i got the message "project exceeds disc capacity". vob file is 2.6gb but the project seems to be 5.2 gb. there is no duplicate file visibale in timeline or project window. i tried to build it on a dual layer disc but still i got the same message...Originally Posted by Nikkiss
i was trying to author a dvd with subtitles... i even deleted the video and tried to build a project with just subtitles, and deleted the subtitle track and tried to build a project just with the video... i got the same error in both cases... i have imported the vob file directly without converting it ( i just changed the extention of the file to .mpeg).
had anyone else faced the same problem... is there a way to get the subtitle track out of the project. i have imported a text file creat3ed with subtitle workshop but i have edited it a lot on encore so i want to save my that part of the work at least.
