Hello. I'm trying to create chapters for a DVD that I got from Argentina that is basically one long 40 minute movie. When I used the Source Wizard in TMPG, it had one track with one long 40 minute clip. What I did was I created maybe like 10 duplicates of the original clip, each with a different time (0-4, 4-8, 8-12, ...). And then I didn't know how to get the Menu part to work. So I thought I needed a different track for each different clip. So I created 10 tracks, each with one of the 4 minute clips in it. Then I edited my Menu and burned it. So the different individual tracks work from the menu, but the clips do not play one after the other like they should. Can anyone help? Thanks!

All you need to do is author it correctly with a single clip and chapter markers. Try GUIForDVDAuthor or DVDStyler (both free).

If you want to play videos track by track, look at the option suggested just after you go to MENU and check the action 'play next track' (after playback of selected item is over) instead of return to menu. Then the program will force 'play all' function for any type of addresing videos (not just from play all button).
However you were on the right (and much better) way of chaptering when you started with single file. If you use 'edit' button for imported track, this will bring you to timeline, where you can set chapters for different positions of slider. Alternatively, you can add chapter timings found by previously playing your video in some media player.
    P.S. A useful guide:

Start with a single track, and add markerss in the 'Cut-Edit' tab. Then, in the 'Menu' tab, choos an option that includes Track menus.
