Adding additional subs

Is there any software allowing to simply add an additional language subtitle to a VIDEO_TS stucture?

In this new Intel+Leopard environment most of my authoring software no longer works with subs such as FFMPEGX and Movie Gate, especially adding SRT subs in Unicode but origianlly from Chi8nese or similar encodings.

Any Ideas, as it should be perhaps simple to just reorganize the IFO or BUPs files living alone the VOBS


I had some suggestions for the Windows Plat but I am not very familiar with it and if there was something Mac ad feel far more comfortable

You can't add subs without re-doing the VOBs, as this is where the subs live. All the IFO/BUP files tell you is which sub track in the VOBs is which.
