  2. The DVD Video has its structur. You have to use a Authoring tool to make it and burn it to the DVD-R/RW.

    It's like:

    First Play -> it is the first item the player can see.
    Video ->Chapterpoints-Audio and Subtitle tracks
    TitleMenu
    MainMenu->ChaptersMenu->SoundTrackMenu->LanguageMenu

    You can make a DVD-Video without any menu and flow-control if you put the hole movie in the firstplay. It gonna be like a VHS-tape. Playing from the beginning to the end without interactivity.

  4. DVDit is a very good authoring software if you not gonna make subtitles and a only one audio track is ok.

    It's possible to use mpeg1 files on a DVD. You just have to demux to stream to a separert video and audio stream. The audio has to be 48khz. In DVDit drag over the mpeg file to firstplay and the audio ( 48khz) to the same folder it makes a video track with audio. If it is all you want than go to the burning process.

  6. Start DVDit, choose tv standard, video format. Import the video and audio file into DVDit, just drag over from Explorer to the assets place (Themeefault).

    To the left you can see the First Play folder. Drag the video into the First Play, if it's ready drag the audio into the same First Play folder.

    Go to Build and Make DVD Disc.

    Choose recorder, do not use Test, just Creat disc.
