    Hello,
    I have a Norcent DVD player and when I turn it on it asked for me to choose a particular language. I've tried selecting one of the languages but nothing happens. I can't seem to get past this screen. Has anyone had this problem? And if so what did they do to resolve it.

    Contact the manufacturer or simply return it after ruling out the obvious like having good batteries in the remote.
