When I bought my first tape recorder 50 years ago, I recorded 30 Spanish lessons from the BBC. Unfortunately, I was unfamiliar with all the controls on the recorder. Consequently they all ended up very distorted. So much so that it's almost impossible to listen to. The waveform is very badly clipped. I have recently seen advertised a programme called IzotopeRX. Has anyone heard of it? Will it solve my problem? Any other programmes or methods that you might know of? Thanks for any advice. Alf.
