I'd like to add an audio track to a DVD but don't wanna have to make a new menu or new chapters. Can I just mux the track in without anything else being affected?
Any guides or programs you recommend?
Thanks

Yep, you first demultiplex everything using pgcdemux, then add the new audio track and the original tracks with muxman and last add back the menus with vobblanker. See https://www.videohelp.com/guides/simplistic-guide-for-replacing-dvd-streams-flash-id937#937
