Hi guys I have a couple questions:
1. Can one notice a 10ms difference in audio/video sync? Can a normal person distinguish that?
2. Is there any media players that allow you to delay the audio to smaller intervals then 50ms (that's what VLC player can do)?
Thanks
Tim

1. Yes
2. Media Player Classic can move in 10 millisecond increments using the + and - keys on the numpad, or you can set an exact millisecond delay under optionsRead my blog here.
