Hi, Im having a problem with converting a home video from the file to a VCD. I originally had the film on Mpeg format then I encoded it with TMPGEnc software to a VCD format and I then used VCD creator version 5 software, which comes with Adaptec CD Creator version 4 deluxe.
However after encoding and then burning the VCD ran on my DVD player for only 6mins, after closer inspection I found that the XXXX.DAT file was located in the directory labelled Segment and not the Mpeg directory. Please can some one tell me How can I correct this problem so the VCD will play the full home movie?, and not just the first 6mins.
PS. I have burnt VCD before which are similar length and they have worked, so I know its not the discs or the DVD Player.
