I'm keen to be able to access the mp3s and photos stored on my Sony Ericsson K800i via the USB port on this player. Has anyone tried this?
Normally when I connect my Sony Ericsson K800i to the PC (and choose 'File Transfer' mode) it appears as two drives under My Computer, one for the 'Phone Memory' and the other for the 'Memory Card' - this is where I store my photos and mp3s.
When I connect it to the DVD player I see the contents of the 'Phone Memory' drive but am not able to switch to the 'Memory Card' drive - where my music and photos reside.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can achieve this without resorting to a USB memory card reader?
Thanks in advance

I'd think the Philips (as I guess most DVD players/recorders) can only access one usb drive, and simply doesn't have any functionality to switch between several USB connected drives.
