    I have a CD-RW disc wich i can write at 4x and it plays on my DVD player and i have CD-R Discs that i can be burned at 16x but i burn them at 4x and 8x but those discs never work on my DVD Player can someone help me?

    Your player just may not read that brand, color, type of disc.

    yea it is on the player list what do you think i need a 4x speed disc?

    I personally don't think that burning speed is the problem. I think that there are a lot of people that would disagree. I've not had any problems burning at 4x-12x speeds. I haven't noticed a difference. I really think it's the type of CDRs you're using.
