Is it possible to convert the h.264 digital format to PAL, SECAM, NTFC formats in DirectShow ?
i want to send the digital video to a TV Tuner and display it on TV, is it possible ?

	Connect the s-video or composite output from your graphics card to your TV. Enable TV output in the graphics card's setup applet. 
 
 If your graphics card doesn't have TV output you can use something like the device mentioned in this thread:

 That will convert VGA to s-video or composite. I don't now if that particular device supports the output video standards you need.
 
 If you really require RF (ie using a tuner on your TV rather than s-video or composite) you'll need an external RF modulator.
