    I am looking for the best program that is capable of making "true chapters" for SVCDs. I have heard things about TSVC, but i dont know if thats the quickest, easiest, and the highest-quality way for me to go.

    thanks for the recommendation but i forgot to say that i would like to use menus also. i used ulead dvd movie factory, but it has entry points, rather than true chapters
