Folks,

I get a dvd of our high school football game each week. Can you recommend a program that I can use where I can pull plays (video segments) from the DVD and convert them to FLV for posting on my website? I'll probably reduce down to 320x240.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I should also mention that I will be running this under Windows Vista.
