Sound but No Picture in DVD Player using DVD+RW

I recorded a movie on a DVD+RW disc using a Magnavox MWR10D6 video recorder. The movie plays back fine on the Magnavox, but on my DVD player it plays back audio but no video. The DVD player is AMW S99, and I'm recording through a satellite box. I don't have HDTV. Thanks for your help.

Have you tried more than one recording? If not, try recording another movie on a different disc.

Well, I just remembered that my Sony PS2 has a DVD player. I tried the disc on that, and it worked! So I guess it was an issue with my other DVD player. Thanks for your help.
