    I have these video tutorials done by someone but they are so fast you cannot watch them to learn. they are in .wmv format which i have tried windows media player but they dont slow it down right. can anyone suggest a good program to slow a video down bit like slow motion.

    PowerDVD or any reasonable DVD playing software that can handle media files and not just DVD spec can do it.
