    Hi! im kind of new to editing video, but i want to do few things with a video i have.. and i i was wondering with what program this
    http://www.batterydrink.com/pitlane/ starting video has been made ? what program do i have to learn to make such effects ? and how hard is it

    Assuming you are talking about the video with the four drivers - pretty much any good editor can do it. Premiere/Vegas/Avid would have no problems. Most of it is pretty straight forward keyframing and blur effects, some colour treatments and destauration, and some basic masking.
