I have a leadtek expert pci tv tuner. It has served me well for several years but I feel it is time to move up to something nicer. What options are out there for under $200 that does NTSC? The leadtek card has noise in the picture. There is bound to be something that will give me a cleaner picture. I like to watch tv on the pc and record to dvd for viewing on my big screen tv. Thanks!

If you don't need high def than a hauppage mpeg card will serve you well. The 250 and 350 are highly rated here. However they will not record into avi mode if that is a factor for you. There are hauppuage cards that will do avi but I don't know which ones for sure.

I use a dvico fusion hdtv capture card that works very well with analog and hdtv.
