Hello. There is a color artifact that I have seen with more than one brand of capture card, but I have never seen it mentioned or explained. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Specifically, there is green fringe on the left edge of the woman's face, and red fringe on the right edge of the woman's face. This seems to happen with all skin tones on the cards that produce this problem. I need some general direction so I know where to begin troubleshooting. It is apparently not a defect of the capture card, as I have now seen this on different chip sets. Also, it does not appear to be color bleed or chroma shift (but perhaps I'm wrong).
