Hello
I just finished editing a video which i have save to a 16 gig avi file the file is 1:78:1 widescreen, now i wish to add black bars to the top and base of the video to make it look like 2:35:1 in vegas does anyone know of a way to do this, thanks.

	Go to 'Media Generators' and select a black fill. Drop it on the track above your video. Use Track Motion on that track to move the black screen up to create the top bar. Stretch it's duration out to match your main video. 
 
 Duplicate this track, and use Track Motion on the duplicate to move the bar down to create the bottom bar.
