I recently purchased this camera, and am very pleased with the results. But on my return from holiday, all the filming had 'disappeared'! I had seen it a couple of times before we returned. Samsung recommend this forum, to see if anyone knows of a file recovery programme that an 'ordinary' PC user (silver surfer) can understand!
