I'm about to get a file that is going to be alittle more than an 800mb .bin file once it's unrared. Is there anyway I can fit this on a cd? The most I've ever gotten was 795mb and that was really pushing it. Is there anyway I can convert it to an mpeg or something so I can split it before burning?

Load up the CUE/BIN image with CDRWin and it will tell you the actual length of the image... if it is < 80:00, then it should fit without overburning...
