ts to h264 whitGUI??

Im trying to convert a ts file (mpeg-2) to h264 using MeGUI and this guide http://www.digital-digest.com/articles/Xbox_360_H.264_Conversion_Guide_page1.html. But is it right to run the ts file in the D2V creator fist?? my setting is shown in the pictures,sorry for the big post...

I don't know Megui especially well. However, Avisynth is complaining about the AC3 plugin for one of a variety of reasons. Could be the audio track is corrupted...a lot of reasons.

Try AutoMKV and see if your luck changes. You can also try running your source file through Mpeg2repair to fix any minor errors.
